Marketing Area
IFP Automation’s marketing area is primarily concentrated in the midwestern US, and supported by three distinct field office areas.
The Fort Wayne Headquarters facility includes our headquarters office, warehouse, and Parker Store. Fort Wayne’s primary marketing area includes 27 counties in northern and northeastern Indiana, and 18 counties in southern Michigan and western Ohio.
The South Bend Sales Office focuses on providing service to 8 counties in northwestern Indiana and three counties in southern Michigan.
The Indianapolis Engineering Technology & Sales Office focuses on engineered systems for our customers, as well as providing service to the remaining Indiana counties, southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and eastern Illinois.

Headquarters
Our Indianapolis branch facility is located in the northeast suburb of Fishers, Indiana and focuses on engineering and technology. IFP’s Indianapolis facility provides customer service, engineering, training, meeting rooms, and our control system development bench area for both mobile and industrial applications.
IFP Fort Wayne & Parker Store
IFP Automation’s headquarters is located in Fort Wayne. IFP was founded in Fort Wayne in 1976, and this facility houses our customer service, engineering, Parker Store, assembly shop, value add activity, warehousing, shipping, training, & meeting rooms. IFP’s system manufacturing activity is conducted on site here as well. Additionally, application sales engineering is available locally in the South Bend, IN area through field sales representatives as well as in southern Indiana.
